Jimmy "Inker" Holland

Jimmy Inker joined up with Magnum in April 2011 after working for other shops in the West Michigan area.

He had interests in art and tattooing since an early age, first working as a graffiti artist while taking traditional art classes throughout his schooling. After developing his skills in body art, Jimmy Inker then joined Magnum Tattooing as a featured artist at the Grand Rapids tattoo shop.

Tattoo style and interests

Jimmy has a strong interest and an eye for black and grey tattoos, but accommodates tattoo work of all kinds at Magnum Tattooing in Grand Rapids. He encourages collectors to pursue unique tattoo designs instead of art that may be overused, making a more memorable experience.

Complementing his work as a tattoo artist, Jimmy also has an interest in the mechanical working of tattoo machines. While he’s been interested in collecting tattoo machines for years, he has recently begun work on constructing his own machines.
